On October 26 2017 the Ottawa West Baseball Association / Ottawa Whisky Jacks was voted in as a member of the National Capital Ontario Baseball Association (NCOBA) and the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA). The organization was formed with the intent to run OBA programming that includes rep level baseball. We will promote our OBA programs within our boundary and encourage all players to tryout. In addition, the association will build sustainable OBA programs at several levels in future years.
